Please read this short section carefully so we can remain in mutual understanding and clarity.

Scheduling & Cancellations

All sessions begin with an initial consultation to ensure genuine compatibility for mutual facilitation. I do not operate within coercive, high-volume models or rely on punishment-based obligations and binding contracts. This is not a codependent company shaped by mainstream cultural norms.

We can simply relate with kindness, honor, and humility, without grasping or creating the need to be needed.

The purpose of our initial meeting is to discern, clearly and respectfully, whether this practice and approach align with what you’re used to or open to exploring.

Mainstream systems are saturated with overly binding contracts and unexamined agreements. When followed blindly, it’s easy to be swept up in fast-moving commercial currents. This practice offers a chance to move differently, with presence, discernment, and authentic care.

We stand on common ground, stable and steady.

Regarding Time Scheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, simply notify me as soon as possible - at least 24 hours in advance is appreciated.

If You’ve Already Sent Session Funds

If something comes up and you cannot make the appointment, we will easily reschedule for another time.
If you cannot reschedule due to an indefinite change or cancellation, your funds will be fully refunded - no issue, pressure, or guilt.

No-Shows & Last-Minute Silence

I will be traveling to your home, retreat space, or another safe and secure location. Because of this, confirmation is required prior to travel.

If there is no communication and you are not available for your session, the funds will be held. We can discuss rescheduling once you're available.

Please note: habitual cancellation or unclear behavior may impact our ability to continue working together. This practice is rooted in honesty and mutual trust.

Integrity-Based Practice

There are no cancellation fees or hidden penalties here. This is not transactional. It’s a practice of mutual respect.

All I ask is for honest, timely communication so we remain attuned, available, and in integrity.
