Anaeli is a somatic practitioner certified in vibrational sound healing, complex trauma recovery (with specializations in addiction and abuse), trauma-sensitive heart-coherence coaching, and various Eastern healing arts. She brings over 15 years of direct experience in transformational healing, inner integration, and holistic well-being.
(She left the expensive "coaching programs" soon after completing, realizing that the leaders and even students were only interested in profiting from this new "trauma trend". Anaeli learned more from observing directly and tending to the very roots of dysfunctional pain with timeless teachings and real human care, not pricy cutting edge techniques.)
Her touch, presence, and way of practice are uncontrived and unscripted. There are no subscriptions, memberships, or rigid protocols here, simply space for those who value a natural, perhaps gentler and slower pace and rhythm that supports moment-to-moment, mindful response.
The practice structure and framework is steady yet flexible, rooted in clarity and aligned with the greater whole. Rest assured, you won't be funding a grandiose “dream lifestyle,” endless desires, or self-centered ambitions.
She lives simply so others may simply live freely, and walks this path with clear eyes, a humble heart, a noble mind, and open hands.
Much of modern capitalist culture has grown dependent on quick, convenient, impersonal, and often addictive service models, especially in today’s climate, where being first, best, most popular, and narcissistically "special” has become the standard most people chase. These patterns aren’t personal judgments but reflect broader conditioning, collective motives, and deeply ingrained systems that shape how many people engage with themselves and the world.
In contrast, she chooses to walk lightly and calmly yet remains alert, energized, and responsive when needed. She is not drawn to extremes, but deeply values harmony, simplicity, and walking the Middle Way path.
She completed her Massage and Bodywork education in Texas (2009–2010), with additional hours and study in 2020. Her professional background includes work in chiropractic offices, wellness studios, corporate and mobile massage, and her own private practice in Houston.
Midway through her career, Anaeli underwent a life-altering spiritual awakening and identity deconstruction.
Through relentless inquiry and a willingness to reach the root of things, much was revealed. What she was taught in public systems felt largely irrelevant to the deeper purpose of being alive. From an early age, she was steered toward the workforce, even as a silent knowing made it clear that something was deeply off, especially within the structures of education. In time, she came to understand that there was nothing to resist, blame, or fear. Still, the practical reality of tending to universal human needs remained.
Illusion and distraction permeate much of modern life, making it rare to encounter someone truly awake in the everyday. In response, spiritual solitude and contemplation became her refuge. The truth of it all is layered, complex, beyond simple explanation.
After all the researching, seeking, discerning, and resting in the void, she has settled into a deep peace and voluntary simplicity, allowing for undivided focus on what truly liberates.
In 2025, after relocating to Upstate South Carolina, Anaeli transferred and reinstated her professional license and resumed vocational practice. While she holds formal credentials, she upholds an ethical-moral integrity and quality of presence that reach far beyond what is typically packaged and sold in today’s wellness industries.
Despite the challenges of finding new work, reestablishing an independent vocational practice, and settling into a new area - including a few absurdly awkward experiences in groups that reaffirmed her decision to stay away from cult-like movements and toxic group-think, she remains quietly optimistic and deeply at ease within.
She can be kind and remain in goodwill with everyone and simply not get involved in drama-feeding, regardless if that's what's expected.
There is a peaceful enjoyment that arises, especially in still moments: listening to the birds, feeling the summer breeze, laughing for no reason, enjoying the fresh moment and simply not taking ever-changing phenomena too seriously.
Though she carries a no-nonsense, straightforward attitude at times, she’s learned not to resent, regret, or rehash the small stuff. She voices without suppressing, and responds rather than reacting.
Her vocational calling and creative contributions are dedicated to restoring our shared humanity beyond generational wounds, dualistic divisions, and branded identities and to planting seeds of wisdom and compassion through authentically embodied living.
She begins community practice with deepened clarity, lightness, and integrity. Instead of wishing to be somewhere else but the present moment, she practices keeping her head cool and feet warm, knowing she will be exactly where she needs to be, until it’s time to progress.
Though often told she looks younger than her age, Anaeli has walked through initiations that have shaped a timeless maturity grounded in heart-intelligence, spiritual depth, and direct lived experience.
She knows, without a doubt, that real well-being does not come from recycled hearsay, surface-level promises, or the consumptive cycles often disguised as “service” or “help.” Spinning out endless "certifications" and "teacher trainings" can get quite tricky, especially when profit is prioritized and community is commercialized. While some may perceive this message as negative, it actually reflects deep, clear discernment - the ability to see through the roles people unconsciously play within the “Drama Triangle” of victim, savior, and controller. These social-consumer dynamics don't bring society true freedom. Instead, they entangle and oppress - reinforcing suffering, self-deception, addictive dependency, and mental distortion rather than supporting authentic liberation.
The very groups and organizations where she’s been told she doesn’t “fit in” are often steeped in these patterns - fear-driven, interfering, rigid, and fueled by insecurity, black-and-white thinking, and extreme behaviors. She sees it clearly and steps away without hesitation. No need to demand twice.
Anaeli chooses not participate in those muddied waters. Though she is connected, living, breathing, and creating - present in the world but not bound by it - she remains inwardly free: engaged yet detached, discerning not deluded, and wholeheartedly authentic, without performing from a constructed identity or commercial façade.
Her path is one of clarity of vision, utter honesty, and unconditioned wholeness, walking gently and wisely through the world without forgetting what’s real.
Her practice and presence reach beyond the root poisons of:
Greed – the addictive striving and stressing for “more” of anything;
Hatred – the roots of envy, jealousy, and ill-will;
Ignorance/Delusion – being blind and mistaking the fabricated persona for what is real.
She is not here to feed these patterns, but to lovingly and gently unearth, dissolve, and liberate them, within herself and in the field of connection with others. It’s about time that the heavy feelings of guilt, shame, worthlessness, deficiency, and submission are utterly released. (She has discerned the subtle spell-casting/languaging in certain institutions, legal organizations, and control-based religions.)
Anaeli is also uninterested in distractions, exploitative business strategies, or self-serving social games. Her work is offered as a dignified way of living, rooted in truthfulness, harmlessness, and awakened awareness.
She lives a quiet, solitary, contemplative life - lighthearted, sanely grounded, open-minded, and free-spirited. Anaeli enjoys being in nature, hiking, meditating, reading and contemplating wisdom teachings, creative writing, and playing with her small Chiweenie pup, Sunnye. She lives simply, with no interest in chasing the “American dream” or buying into conventional packages that promise future security or wealth through greed-oriented systems.
Surrender, renunciation, and letting go are not merely religious ideals but living principles and practices that point to the real process of unfettering the mind, unhooking the heart from attachments, and being whole in a fragmented world.
Now, Anaeli is gently and gradually rebuilding her private practice both in the local community and internationally trusting that those who truly resonate with the deeper vision of this calling will find their way to her vocational practice and offerings.
More than a busy job in the marketplace, this is an honorable and honest vocation and a creative offering to real human community, an invitation to participate in a wiser, more compassionate, and truly liberating way of life.
